I have a agent that is still getting calls on her line 2 when she has someone either on hold or talking to someone on line one. I seem to remember a flag that prevented the agent getting a 2nd call from the queue if she is on line one. I have verified the flag setting with another agent that doesn't seem to have the same problem, but can't find any differences.
Version 8.223 system running

what type of call is it? Are they both HG calls and is she a member of both HGs? IF they are camp on indications there is a flag but a camp on and an active ringing call are different things.

These are HG calls from one group. The agent is getting calls from the HG one at a time. If the agent places a call on hold to call some in another department, this is when she gets another call from the HG. I thought she was going idle on her phone and that is why the new call come in, but she says she is talking to the other party at the time the second call come in.
This also could be a confussed user problem, I have tried to recreated the problem, but have been able too yet.

There is a system flag called WRAP UP MODE FOR HOLDING ACD CALLS. If enabled this will prevent a user from receiving additional ACD calls when an ACD call is put on hold.
