We have a UM8000 (Version: 11.6.1.48) that is using SMTP Unified Messaging(not the client) and they are set to forward messages to Email and Leave new on phone, they either do not show up until days later on the phone, immediately on the Email but delayed through the phone. Any suggestions I remember tis happening in the older version, but not this current version. Have putty and experience with altering files.

Unfortunately I can tell you that, someone else did this upgrade and they do not have the old version in the Update folder , however I see in the vmail directory there is a 11.3.0 file so I could assume that is it, I notice in the cps.ini file has probably not been modified from the old version. Under the Configuration, MWI, the Message Reset lamp was set for a time 5 in the morning and Not to reset MSg Light after New Message, I turned off the scheduled time like default and Turned on After new message. I remember Active Voice telling me once before this can cause a issue. Let me know what you think Please.

I would recommend contacting NEC NTAC for any further troubleshooting. However, in the past, when there were issues with delayed messages this was what was recommended: Stop service and run 'sudo dbcheck -f -i' to repair any minor db issues. Start service. You can try this at your own risk. I would make a copy of the db before proceeding.
