I've installed uncountable Nortel key systems, and a couple of DSX40's, but yesterday I did my first SL1100. Still learning the NEC features and terms, etc..
My customer wants to see the amount of time he has spent on a phone call. Literature indicates this feature is available, but I don't find it in the list of features in 15-07, or perhaps I don't need a button for this, just look at the display? Is there a way to see call length after hanging up?
Thanks. Jim

Feature is called Call duration timer.
Figuring out what the features are called is half of the battle.

I found it. It's in 20-13-36 as a cos option. And it's on by default. So, I should just tell the customer to watch the display.
Thanks for the push in the right direction.
