Greetings, We are in the process of swapping a Norstar to IP Office reusing the existing Norstar T7316's. We have a Pri and on the Norstar we have multiple sets with a Target line that rings or just appears. It seems that the IP Office can't do anything like that, is that true? We are using essential mode and the only thing appears to be adding sets in a hunt group. TIA, John

What is the target line for? Is that how you ring a DID to a station? IP Office uses Incoming call routes, and the call comes in on an appearance button...

It is what was nice was you could have a DiD on it's own key and it could either ring or not. It was just like adding a regular loop start line to a set. It worked well so the customer could have other peoples DiD's appear on their phones and know who they belonged to. I could probably create groups and keys but then driving the call to the correct users mailbox could get messy. The system has embedded voicemail. Thanks, John
