I have a question regarding a Panasonic DBS CPC-B 9.01 Classic.
The user has a call forward button on phone to forward calls to his cell. The button is programmed as ‘720A184’. 184 is a system speed dial bin. 184 is programmed as ‘C26959919’.
If I call his DID number it transfers fine to his cell, if I manually transfer a call to X16 internally, it goes to his cell. But if the call comes through Voicemail and I dial his extension, I get an intercept message from telco, saying the number is no longer in service.
So the call is going out, but is somehow getting digits added or omitted.
In the Voicemail under PBX Parameters, I have no entry for ‘Access number for CO Line.
Any thoughts?

I would think it needs a Unsupervised Transfer from VM.
