I am using Active Voice Repartee voice mail system. I have it setup to email the user when they receive a new voice mail. I also have the system save the voice mail as new in the system. However there are times that this feature is removed. I have to go back into setup and retore the feature. What could be causing this?

Is the user permitted to change notifications through the TUI?
You should be able to change this by changing the option codes for the mailbox.
