Came across a little Samsung SVMI4,
We have a mailbox issue where a Mailbox 509 messages are being moved from 509 to Extension 239, we want to change the Mailbox they are being forwarded to,I see how to do this VIA listening to the Messages but not automatically. Any Ideas.

You can only change this with a laptop connected to the voicemail, under mailbox settings.
