Happy Friday all-
I have a client that has VIP, it is a new install and everytime I install VIP, it works fine til a new message is left, then it will do this, just show the new message coming in and coming in and coming in, until VIP is closed.
It's almost like it gets caught in a loop and keeps putting in the same message on VIP (display only, one 1 message shows on phone)
Thoughts on that? Is there a way to upload an image? I know my description might not make sense.

What virus protections on the PC ? I had some strange things happen on a PC with AVG on it.

Here are some additional questions:
1. What version of Windows is on the computer with the problem?
2. What anti-virus is on the computer?
3. What is the network environment firewall? (meaning firewall appliance or software?)
4. Which ESI system?
