We run a Samsung 72oo system and have installed xchange server.
But we can't dial from any computer. We can see the various ext being used, etc. we can send messages but we can't make calls.
I have read through all the documentation that I can find and can't work out the problem.
any help on this would be appreciated, please.

What version client/server are you running?
You can Try turNing off "use windows tapi" setting as well

Turned off tapi, sadly no change.
When we double click number or right click then dial; nothing happens.
Very frustrated as we keep getting told that it is simple and it just works.

I've Seen this issue. Don't have a fix, as you're running the latest version I believe

fixed:
I had to turn off windows tapi on the server software.
