There is no "loading" you either use the built in chimes or play it into the MP from an external source that plays continuously!

am sure with IPS changing MOH from internal to external a power down and reset is required.
If you are just changing the music from an external source to something new then just find the external device and changing the CD
|

No system reset is required. An older manual had that wrong.

The MOH jack is on the CP-24A card. Follow the Feature Programming Manual for software set-up, and plug in your music source.

Yes there is a jumper peg that switches from internal to external, it is on the MP a power down is necessary.
