We are proposing an upgrade for a CS 54000 from v3.2 to v6.0. They are using the CCS v4.1 on their v3.2 now. Will the Contact Center Suite v4.1 work on the v6.0 software. I understand we can't add any licenses to the CCS. Thanks

It will work. Have sites doing it. CCS is now running on WIN 7 since XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. You can upgrade the CCS to Customer Service Manager (CSM) Or "Mitel My Contact Office". Yes they renamed it again. It will also run in a VM blade. If the customer is upgrading the controller upgrade the CCS as well because XP is no longer supported. Not your fault, Microsoft is to blame.
