I have a customer with a Starmail behind a DCS they want me to set up AA . I downloaded a manual dated 1995 but Im finding some of the function codes don't seem to work . I was talking to a freind erlier and he said samsung did a europeon version along with a us version and the function codes where diffrent or Im wondering if I have a newer box and need a newer manual

I beleive I have the functions I need set up to accomlish what the customer wants just some of the functions seem diffrent than the manual and others just dont work .
I was logged in as "technician " but have since found the "programer" password would that make the diffrence ?

not yet the client is a hour away and I have had a bunch going on , I was going to go today but she has meetings all day so I've moved it to Tuesday.

I have what she wants to do layed out with the function codes that the manual gives me so I plan to set up what I can with the function codes that work then look for workarounds on for the codes that don't

You can sit at home and access it thru the main greeting!!!
Be careful tho.... DTMF program, EXACTLY as if you were on site
