Good day everyone! Been a while since I've posted, but I need some assistance! I've got some random modem calling into my CTX, caller ID say private. But what's happening is pretty annoying, and it's been happening for months. Here's what happens... Modem calls in and VM answers goes through all its handshaking tones but keeps the line seized with silence after it's done. Opening greetings finish & transfer the call to extension 200. 200's mbx goes to record greeting, hears only silence and boots the modem call back to the second incoming greeting (991.) This goes on and on until someone seizes the call and hangs up. Any ideas on what I can try? At least to keep the call out of a loop. Is there a modem tone detect like the fax tone?
Thanks!

I would have mailbox 991 chain done to 999 so that the call will hang up if there is no touch tone.
