Comdial Impact 80245-GT phone. When a call is transferred to this particular phone: if there is no answer the call will ring back to the receptionist (or whomever transferred the call) instead of rolling to voice mail. I have checked the voice mailbox settings and this phone is set up like all the others on our system. I have traded the phone out with another and get the same result. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like a system programming issue. That is dealer level support you will need. I would say to contact a certified Comdial dealer so he can help you
