I have several customers with CIX 40 and CIX 100 telephone systems complaining of volume thru their handsets being too loud and being unable to turn down. I have tried to turn down the pad levels in programing without any success. Any suggestions?

If there complaining about digital phone to digital phone on the intercom you have to set the pad table for that type. I have heard that complaint before and remedied it that way.
