I am familiar with the Aspire/UX/SV8100 line of NEC products but have a customer who is having an issue intermittently sending the ** DTMF signal to their Viking C2000B Door Controller to engage the relay. Is there a way to extend the DTMF tone the system sends out on the CO port. If so could someone please send me the programming codes required? Appreciate it.
