Greetings.
We have an Inter-Tel Axxess 9.x switch on a PRI line that we are trying to make internation call through. When we attempt to dial the number, we get a rapid busy signal. All the extension have been placed in the System > Station-Related Information > Account Codes > None group.
What are we missing?
TIA.

Go to System\Numbering Plan\Facility Groups\International-Station\Dial Rules. You should see:
ECHO Toll Field ECHO 3 Digits After Toll Field ECHO Local Address
Delete any other rules and make sure the rules that are left are in the order above.

As Chris_Carlyle has mentioned, going to the "Call Type" settings under the T1/PRI card and programming the Number plan and Type of Number for your International Station Calls and International Operator Calls to "unknown" has worked for me in the past.
