Over the holiday weekend we've run into a problem to where none of our users can listen to their voice mails.
When you hit the button for vmail on the consoles it just rings forever.
Any ideas on what to check for to get this up and going for them?

Sounds like the Vmail is down. Is it an Intramail or UXmail?
Reboot the phone system.
