Have a problem with and IVP8 Release 2 voice mail system CIX 100 system.Seems like it is once in a while on 2 or 3 extensions callers will be leaving a message and will get cut off in mid sentence (lots of time left in mailbox). I have deleted voice mail box for the extensions and created them again , seems to work but then they complain of the issue again after 1-2 months. Have swapped PDKU ports, deleted mailbox, created new mailbox. Changed out voice mail system. Not sure what else to change out. One other instance is a caller called in (she got the greeting and left a message in the persons mailbox),but apparently the message was never left in the mailbox and the person missed a very important message. This is of high importance as this location handles crisis calls .
Any help, opinions would help

Do you know what software version is on the IVP8? I had a problem many years ago when an IVP8 R2 was cutting off messages. Per support I updated the software and never heard another complaint.
