I'm trying to setup a voicemail box for extension 889 on our SV8100/UM8000 system. This extension would default to a PERSONAL ID of 9889. When I try to create the voicemail box I get an error stating: DUPLICATE extension, Personal ID or System ID: 9889. I have not been able to find any boxes or subscribers using 9889. Is there a way to search for 9889 in personal or system ID's? Or, any other hints on how I locate and resolve the duplicate.

I ran into this problem years ago on a LX, cannot remember the fix, I am searching my notes, will post when or if I'm able to find them.

You can try running a subscriber or extension report. Start there. I believe a subscriber report will list all T-Boxes as well because it has to have a subscriber box as a sponsor. If you can't find the 9889 there, it's probably going to be a group box.
