I need help resetting Admin password for an officeserv 7200s.
Client asked for PW that I set - logged in and changed PW & of course forgot the new password.
I have MMC800 password. I need to reset the IT/DM password.
I'd appreciate your help

Would it change log in password on IT tool password ?
Reason I want to do a download as moving system

Yes you just have to scroll to adm or Web depending on the software version.

Would this be the same on the OfficeServ 7400. I was able to get the tech pw changed, but the DM/IT does not seem to be tied to it. The default pw, and the new DM pw 4.60b does not work. Also is the pw for MMC900 the same as the tech, if not how would I reset it.
Note. This was purchased from a bankruptcy auction. Nice system, but need PC access. Thanks

Once you default the system, it will reset the IT/DM password to the standard used on 4.60 and newer. Then you can change it to whatever you please.
