Hello ALL I have a Avaya PC Card Mail (Large) in an ACS. I set up selector code 1 to ring a group of phones set up in #502. So option 1 in AA rings 71 or group 1. That works just fine. My question is if nobody answers the call can i make it go to one of the group members mailbox? Right now you get a generic message saying press 0 for operator. Thanks

Yeah, that's all you get on the PC Card Voicemail.
With Partner Messaging you can get the call returning from the group to re-route to a mailbox or another auto attendant.

Thanks If you have an open station port and open line port you can include the station in the ring group and loop it to the open line port then assign line ownership to one of the extensions and the call to that line will then go to that mailbox
