Hi!
My name is Concetta, I'm new here. I've been an Administrator for an architectural firm in Chicago for the past five years.
In that time, I've learned how to do all the basics - program names and numbers, reset voicemail passwords, etc. I AM the system administrator for our system since our vendor stopped supporting the non-VOIP Axxess phones last year.
What I'm trying to find out is, is it possible to change the hold timers or recall timers? We are having a real problem because the recall will only ring twice on my set and then hang up on the person! If I have to go find somebody I need it to go a bit longer than two minutes!!!
Is there anyone who can help me with them? The administrative manual says the timers can be changed, yet it doesn't tell you HOW to do it! Grr.
Thanks for any help you may give me. The phone system has been very reliable other than this one really annoying issue.

Connect to the system and go to System\Timers and Limits\Hold. That timer controls how long calls are on hold. If you scroll down to the 'Recall' timer, that timer controls how long a call recalls before going to that station's Attendant.
