I have an office full of sales professionals answering calls. Calls come in on lines 2005, 2006, and 2007. So the proceedure is push pick-up or 4 followed by 200_. One of the salesmen can simply push one button to answer the extensions. This one person loves the advantage the other 11 do not. How can I give everyone the same advantage and even the playing field? The phone are the 550 4400 series. Does any one know of a source of tips and manuals for these phones.

I'm betting that the guy programmed stn speed dials as reverse transfers from the respective hunt groups. Manuals can be had through your dealer. Email me if you want one in pdf format. [email protected]
