I have 4 Toshiba systems, 2 CIX 100s and 2 CIX 40 with several different software releases that buttons do not function on. When you come to customer site the displays are on but it shows a date probably about 2 days before and if you reset the cabinet by removing power the system comes back to normal. All have battery backup on them. All of the systems are connected to the internet for remote programming and all had the default password in them. I have since changed the passwords in all the cabinets and have not have any calls lately. These systems were doing this sometimes 3 times a week. These systems are all in Canada. Any ideas from the gurus out there.

The suggested action was to change the username/password of all ftp accounts in the PBX and to block FTP access from the outside. When we implemented these measure (over 1 week ago) our problem children immediately started behaving
