I have a customer that has a UXMail ver4.52 and uses the voicemail notification which was working just fine on the UX5000 however we had to do a migration from UX to the SV recently and now when the voicemail notify calls out and the caller answers with Hello, Hello, Hello as loud as you can go the system never responds and just hangs up. NTAC won't provide support on the UXMail even though it is a UX product and doesn't fall into the software assurance rule. Any help would be appreciated.
