I have a Toshiba CIX 100 that has a day/night schedule to ring phones at 9am then go to Autoattendant at 530pm Its been working for a couple years and now all of a sudden it will go into night mode at 530pm but never go back into day mode at 9am...have to physically press a night transfer button to take it out now Any ideas? Ive checked the time and date and everything looks correct.

Check the day/night service under the System heading.

Everything there looks correct...Monday thru Friday are assigned as workdays...workdays are assigned 9-530 the system will follow the schedule at 530 but not at 9am worked for the past two years...weird
