When on-site, there is a computer on the same network as the BCM 400. Normally I can login wit EM and launch the Call Pilot interface. The computer was recently changed out with a Win 7 pc and now, after launching the CP, it throws me out into a command window instead of CP.
I don't know how the computer folks did the change, but the Element Manager was on the desktop. EM works ok. I downloaded EM again and got the one from the BCM. I know it got a different version than what was on the desktop before, because the icon changed from the blue Nortel logo, to the red Avaya logo. But it still throws me out of the program when trying to start CP.
I can login remotely and it works fine from my pc. any thoughts?

Make sure that PC has the latest Java installed Make sure you have the latest EM which is 62.05 https://bcm.sipsw.com/ApplicationLauncher/
