My tech went out to troubleshoot why the voice mail would not allow long distance calls. The tech tried check the class of service but he said it would not allow him to see the ports (301 - 304). I am thinking these are virtual extensions to make up the hunt group? Anyone have any ideas where we could check to see if the system is following a toll table? Is the voice mail doing the toll restriction within it? The tech said he did not know the voice mail system so he could not get in to see if there is toll restriction applied to these ports. Any help would be appreciated...

On the older DCS systems the voicemail ports are in COS 1 and cannot be seen or changed from KMMC. Check the toll level in 701 for COS 1, and if it's anything other than A check 702 to see what that letter has restricted. They could have also removed all the settings in the off station premise block but that's not the best way to prevent toll fraud.
