How many lines and extensions can this system handle? it has a 4 port Toshiba strategy voice mail

It is the same as the Toshiba DK40i just a different exterior packaging for Teleco but the inside is the same.
A DK40i with expansion cabinet if I remember correctly is 12 CO's by 28 Station ports.

without the expansion, the DK40i base was 4 CO's, 8 digital extensions, and 4 analog extensions (If I recall correctly).
The 4-port Voicemail probably eats up 8 extension ports, so you're probably looking at a max of 16 digital extensions.
