while configuration of Sip server, and by mistake I set TN to (0)zero...and that ends up failing to configure the Sip Server.the problem is I can't delete that setting because whenever I used ASSDN and select the sip ID an error message saying:
ASSDN 02/02/14 13:57:25:718000 FPC3
SIP Server ID : 4 FPC : 3 Failed:01:0975 TN is not assigned. (Error 0x0975) any help on How can this problem be solved?

Try removing it using ASPC.

Try this. In ASPC, select Option 2 under Config File, and Get. Now there is a line which says: SipSrvID=x (whatever 'x' is...) Delete 'x' from the end of that line, and click SET. This will stop the SIP server and you should be able to edit or delete your ASSDN parameters. If you have dual processors, do this for both. Once you re-create ASSDN, you have to go back to ASPC, and put the 'x' back in and click SET to start the SIP server(s) again.
