We have sv8500 and SV8300 connected to each other using CCIS over Ip...every thing is working JUST fine...caller ID is sent to smdr and also displayed on the called telephone sets.
the only one problem we have is the caller id is NOT sent to smdr for the "incoming calls" made between sv8300 and sv8500 and vice versa....! but for outgoing calls it is sent...!
any idea to solve this???
Regards

Thank you for your question.
We are using Expense Management.
no caller id for incoming calls displayed in rawdata.
Sample incoming call:
0!KL0112001200001200041000013737 0510001001373706342014060109035100020140601090422588080300009180012002000000000001108815 810 18100000000000

Sample outgoing call:
0!KK0112001200006200021000014052 031000100140520634201406010900070002014060109003216508030040918001200200001200200100481901108810 810 1301018100000000000

Is the SMDR on the 8300 or the 8500? Are you using central SMDR over CCIS?

Look at CMD 35145>CCIS RT> = 0. This allows calling party transfer service across CCIS.
Also, possibly CMD 8A5XXX>165 = 0. 5XXX = the LAR route table used for CCIS. This is Caller ID of outgoing call by CCIS

Try these;
ARTD CCIS voice route CDN 98 = 1 (allows up to 15 digits)
CDN 50 CCIS voice route CDN 50 = 1
