We've got this company that we do sub work for and I was last out at there customer's site over a year ago. They have a CICS and at the time I just worked on their Flash VM. The problem is now there's an issue that involves getting into the CICS and somebody has changed to Technician Password. We usually enter XXXXXXX to get into programming.....Does anyone know how we can forgo that process so we can keep the programming?

A properly trained tech on Nortel equipment would know the answer....
