This place made a loud ringer that you could hook a strobe lite on to it, maybe this is what your looking for. I have never used the strobe lite part but the loud ringer and PA amp only. https://www.algosolutions.com/mainpage.php?id=2 ------------------

Wheelock makes an AC powered strobe that is extremely bright and only uses the ring current for a trigger. It is model# PS-11A-WPW The following link will provide you with a description: https://www.wheelock-products.com/index.html?wheelock-ps.html It will have to be connected to an analog port on your KSU.

There is a company called DEES Telecom that makes a bunch of devices to interface with Nortel equipment. I think that they are located in Canada but their items are readily available through most US wholesale supply houses (Sprint North Supply, Graybar, Anixter, etc.). I guess they specialize in gadgets unique to Nortel items due to their presumed Canadian presence. Their stuff looks to be pretty high-quality although I have never used their products. You might want to check for them on the Internet; I know they had some pretty interesting contraptions for this kind of application, along with many others, but I haven't checked them out lately.
