I am just starting with the Wave so please be patient. I have an IT guy trying to set up a remote user on a Wave 500. He needs to know what ports to open up in the Wave. What does he have to do to set this up?

I'd try ports 5070 up to 5095 or so if I remember correctly.

Hi,
Are you using the Open VPN server? You need to have a VPN setup or use the NAT on a sonicwall. There is a ton of info on this on vconnect
