I have a system that has 11 regular IP licenses and 4 advanced IP term lisences. So I can have 15 ip phones.
I currently have all 15 in use (and only 15) and have been in use for several months now.
Got a call the other day about the display of one showing license execeed, went on sight and verified. The cord wasn't plugged in fully and inadvertantl reset the phone. Phone comes back and everything OK.
Yesterday, get a call that anther phone in the same office is doing the same thing. I enable temporary 10 day license and reset system. No chnage, had them reset phone, no change.
talked to NTAC they said it is a known issue. now I am in queue for an hour, going to blow out current license fle reset system then reinstall license file.
