Hi,
I am using IWATSU ADIX -E Pabx system with 80 digital and 16 analog interface.I have cnnected POLYCOM Analog conference unit to analog circute. Incoming calls from extensions or from transferred co lines are not ringing to the conference unit . I have tested with analog ordinary telephone and it is ringing without any problem.
Please advice me to rectify the issue. i have changed the pre ringing program also to 1 for the particular circute.

If everything BUT the Polycom phone rings at the extension, I'd suspect the Polycom has a problem. Can you get the Polycom to ring when connected to an analog telephone line- not a system port?
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
