Hi-I have a DXP with a small office lite voicemail. The customer wants to play some marketing messages when a call comes in, then ring the phones in the front office after one of the brief messages play. Is this possible? Thanks.

Easy. Route the incoming lines to the Voicemail / Auto Attendant. Configure a routing mailbox with the announcement they want, and have the box transfer the call to a hunt group with the front office phones in it.
