Anyone ever use a carrier that has you send calls to one IP and receive from another? Right now the site can make calls fine but calls in have one way audio- system side cannot hear. Will be running wireshark later this morning to find out if it's system or firewall but any suggestions before that would be appreciated.

We've had some success by setting MPS Service to Off in 2.1.5.
You know.. that guy.. with the thing.

I was going to update this and forgot.. The system for some reason tries to use MPS channels on the inbound audio so either turning MPS off or forwarding 40000-40031 fixes the issue. I was unable to get a Wireshark but I think it's because the carrier uses peering for the inbound call.
