I'm looking for an authorized reseller for Avaya products in Northern California. We've been dealing with companies back East and are not happy with delays in shipping, cost of shipping, and lack of support after 2:00 p.m. West Coast time.
Is there anyone out there that can suggest a reputable company that has competitive pricing for the various Avaya product line of systems and phones?

I think that Avaya's website has a lookup of ABPs.

If you are not an Avaya BP you are not supposed to be selling Avaya. But I won't go into that. There is a member of this board who lives in CA, is not a BP yet sells a lot of Avaya. He hasn't been around for awhile but maybe he can help you out. Can't remember his name- anybody remember?
