Have a customer that has an old XTS, feature pkg 2.0 so its been in for almost 10 years. It has a 4 digit dial plan. Their IT guy is pretty hands on and he tried to program a 608 key (which gives you the last 15 911 calls made on the system. I walked him through the button programming, we checked to make sure the key was there, but, if he presses the button he gets an error tone. I have used this feature on other systems in his network and it does what its supposed to. I do not know why he is getting the error tone, could it be that there is no info in the log? The IT guy claims someone dialed 911. He also claims he had this feature programmed on his phone, he now works at a different location. Any ideas? Thanks

You have to add the first digit of the 4 digit extensions...example 1100 so to program the code 608 you would dial speed, speed, button, 1608.
Also you will get an error when pressing the button if there is nothing in the log. Just like you get an error pressing a redial button if there is no number stored to redial.
