Hello and hope everyone is doing well! I have a question that is probably pretty simple and you guys are going to make me feel dumb but I am going to go ahead and ask. What is the secret to picking up a outside call that is placed on hold at one extension from another extension. The one phone that they are wanting to use to pickup a outside call on hold does not have any soft keys programmed for the CO Lines. I would probably guess that there is a feature code or something and I am just over looking. This system is a TDA50 with a TVA50 Voicemail installed. Thanks and have a good morning!
Sincerely, kkell11400

Off Hook, Intercom Dialtone, *53XXX Tone. Talk (XXX= Line Number of held call)
Off Hook, Intercom Dialtone, *51XXX Tone. Talk (XXX= ext number holding call)
Using line number would be best.
Why not just give it some line keys?
