I know this is simple, but it's kicking my ticker. I have an IP office with a 5410 that doesn't display the name. I've looked real close to change translations to that of a 5410 that does show the name. How do I get it to display? Thanks.

What release? I remember older ones, you had to have a Time/Day button to toggle on the phone to get the name to display

It's an IP 400 Office. Not sure of the release. Have to go over there anyway today. I'll check. I would swear I've had questions about it before and told the release, but I can't seem to find them.

Tommy, you hit the nail on the head. Date/time toggle at the set cured it. Thanks
