I can not log into ext 122 vm box as it will not take 122 as the password. Is there any way I can change ext 122 password without knowing the current password? Now one at the business knows the correct one for that extension.

Go into Supervisor's admin mail box and change password. Someone has changed the password from the default. Just change it back to the default.
