Dear All ,

I have this Case , There is a customer has HQ and Branches in the HQ there is SV8100 in HQ and they want connect remote IP phones in the Branches

The Topology of network I will describe between HQ and one branch because this topology applied the same with all branches

There is Router behind PABX and there is Router behind IP phones
The connectivity between them SHDSL and there is static Router applied in two router to make the two location as one network

my Problem the IP phone can't connect with PABX " SIP Server Not Found " although i am already upload NAPT license on the PABX but without port forwarding in two routers because they unconvinced they need to do port forwarding because they are one network and they are many applications working on this environment without need to port forwarding and the IP phone was working suddenly stop after this i suggested we need to NAT

Any one can help me in this issue

If you aren't on a VPN, or same network you HAVE to do port forwarding. The white paper is on the NTAC site and is very plain about this.

There is no NAT need because they are as one network

I will explain the Topology , this ministry has their routing and there are routers for PALTEL in the way to make the HQ and branch speech together , the HQ and branch speech together from LAN IP router like 10.111.73.X can talk with 10.110.74.X without need to WAN port in the router the WAN port to make Ministry router talk with PALTEL Router which are in the WAY this interface has IP 172.23.21.X

there is static routing in the PALTEL routers and Ministry routers

Then you are blocking ports. Put the phone one the local network to see if it comes up. If it does you have network routing issues.

Very Simple:

If IP phones working then "suddenly stop" is true:

Then someone changed something. What changed?

The IP phone locally is working direct without any problem

How is routing issue if the HQ network and Branch connected together and there is ping and there are many application working through this network

I don't know what is the problem

You have ports blocked somewhere. Namely 5080-5081 if the phones aren't coming up. Talk paths are different. This is assuming you have the phone IP address correctly in the phone.
