Hi everyone:

One of my customers wants to transfer his extension to a cellular phone so when he is out of the office, calls transferred to his extension will automatically ring in his cell.

Any ideas on how to do it?

First Call forward to CO has to be enabled if it isn't already.

The user, or someone else, Goes off hook on the phone and dials 70, 3, the co line access, usually a 9, then the phone number, keeping in mind if his cell phone area code is different then the site area code. If it's different then dial a 1 after the 9 and then the rest of the number and press the # button. If cfw to CO isn't enabled it won't allow the user to do the forwarding. Also, there's a timer for CO to CO duration that may have to be changed.
