I'm looking for excel spreadsheet or template where I can type up and print the papers that go in each phone for the one touch PF and CO buttons on the right side of the phone. Any ideas?

Thanks Skip. I have tried Desi software but the template doesn't match the phone. I thought I chose the right family etc but they don't look right
