Is there an easy way to bypass the system greeting while in System Administrator Maintenance Console and direct incoming calls to go to ext 101?

Not exactly easy, but you can treat it as an answering machine and use the same instructions. The key is to set all possible extensions into a group and direct all Custom Service calls into the mailbox by TRF to Mailbox.
