Hi,
Thanks All for HELP, I am dealing with mitel sx-50, it has dial tone on extensions and works fine internally but can not access the outside line has 4 voip by Comcast test at block all has dial tone and worked fine. When i do *19 trunk access it says "invalid" on all trunks. i have checked all the 500 trunk commands all read good please advise what else i need to check. Thanks again for your time and help.

What is your trunk access and do you have the ARS programmed? The Mitels don't work without ARS programming.

You are dialing the *19 and then what for the trunk numbers?
