Can anyone explain to me what the volume numbers mean when your looking at a station with the on-line monitor enabled?

Can this be adjusted while on the phone? Does it take very little to make an audible difference?

I've looked through the manuals with no luck.
Thanks!

I believe those are baseline volume settings. As a general rule you do not want to jack with much in OLM unless directed by tech support. If you do make modifications you are taking the system's stability into your own hands.
